All our products are manufactured in accordance to federal toy safety standards and subjected to a rigorous testing process; reflecting the fact that the safety standards we follow are the most extensive, effective, and widely emulated
in the world.
From our inception, Pennington Bear Company has always maintained strict safety standards in the production of all our adorable styles.
We understand and recognize your concern regarding toy safety. While we have very strong safety standards in place, the process is dynamic. To this end, Pennington Bear Company keeps apprised and continues to work with:
- The Consumer Product Safety Commission ( www.cpsc.gov ) establishing measures to follow to ensure toys are safe.
- The American National Standard Institute ( www.ansi.org ) establishing standardized safety testing methods and inspection procedures.
- The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine ( english.aqsiq.gov.cn ) ensuring standard protocol and inspections for import product from China.
- The American Society for Testing and Materials ( www.astm.org ) advising us with new and revised voluntary safety standards and initiatives.
